Why Me…

I once had a boss who gave me a ton of work. I was in sales, I was doing everything I could to reach my sales incentives (and in fact, I WAS reaching them). I was up early planning, I would finish my day with recapping and planning. When I worked with my boss, I would spend an entire Sunday preparing reports and, you guessed it, more planning. She continued to pile work on me and one day I mentioned that I was surprised to be given so many “extra” projects. She told me that she always gives work to the busiest people, because they know how to create the time to get it done.

I believe in running my business the same way that I run my budget… or my family. I give time a purpose. I give money a purpose. When I work with a client, the time I spend with them is time with a purpose. I believe in presenting options for clients that allow them to control the future of their business- I’m a vehicle on the way to their success. I love becoming an extension of the team, learning about different industries – and sharing strategies that can help everyone to reach their goals.
